Adjustable Bottom

Modularte planters are provided with a steel bottomthat can be adjusted in height, allowing perfect adaptation to the typeof plant, whether short-rooted or long rooted. This feature helps amaintain the overall weight of the planter, potting soil and plants inline with the load capacity of the terrace. It is essential to consider thatthe main contribution to the weight of a planter comes from the water-saturated potting soil and not from the material that makes up the planter.

Thermal Transmittance

Modularte planters optimize thermal efficiency with 4 Enkadrain panels, reducing heat transfer and improving plant comfort. They promote root aeration and prevent wet soil contact with metal. PVC on the steel bottom manages water, preventing overheating and ensuring long life. This helps preserve plant viability over time, providing an excellent solution for cultivation.

Reserve Water

Modularte planters implement an innovative drainage system with a PVC second bottom, allowing even distribution of water without leaching soil. The length of the drain can be adjusted, and a root inhibitor filter is included. Sub-irrigation ensures 70% water savings, promoting sustainable practices.

Ducted Drain

Our drainage system is designed for efficient drainage of inexcess water. You can easily connect the drain to pipes to channel water and direct it to the nearest terrace drain. This effectivelyprevents unwanted water spills and keeps the floor clean and dry, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.

Our attention to detail is expressed through precision technical and stylistic versatility, with a proposal of four different solutions of joints and angles with different expressive value.

Inspection

In order to access the floor drain and perform cleaning, two inspection systems are available that avoid disassembling the planter. The first is a front panel with removable magnetic attachment that allows access to the drain from under the bottom of the planter. The second is an inspection chimney inserted inside the planter that, by means of a cover, provides access to the drain from above.To clean the floor drain without disassembling the planter, two options are available: a removable magnetic front panel that provides access from the infrastructure of the planter or an inspection chimney inserted inside.

Leaf Guards

Our leaf guard is designed with a shaped sheet metal that blends seamlessly with the top edge of the planters. The same finish as the planter on which it is mounted is used to maintain a pleasing aesthetic continuity. This ensures a uniform and harmonious appearance to the entire design. An interlocking support in the edge is bolted to the sheet metal, adjusting its overhang until it approaches the wall. No leaf accumulation will form between the planter and the wall, and this space can also be used for passage of cables and pipes at a later date by simply removing the leaf guard.

Pivoting Wheels

Pivoting wheels are the perfect solution for those who need to move and reposition their planter nimbly and frequently. The wheels, which are not visible, mount in the inner gap between the bottom of the planter and the floor and ensure perfect functionality without com- promising the essentiality of the product design.
