By repositioning the various elements it is possible to obtain different compositions, each with unique features. The brazier can be adjusted in height flush with the benchor raised with 3 different adjustments. Louis can also be used as a grill with a stainless steel cooking surface. The benches can be moved as desired, especially when used in barbecue confi-guration, to better follow the cooking.
